It is the purpose of the Registrar's Office to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the academic records of the The University of Virginia’s College at Wise. We provide academic record services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituents in support of the purpose and goals of the College.

Our goal is to enhance the academic experience and to facilitate the instructional mission of UVa-Wise it relates to the integrity of the faculty’s record of student academic performance and the provision of services provided by the Registrar’s Office.

Service from Application..............to Graduation

 Students can now request their transcripts online at our website through Secure Transcript™ provided by Docufide. The Registrar’s Office will process and send transcripts electronically through Docufide for delivery to colleges, universities, and any other destination.   Please click this link for further TRANSCRIPT information.

Note:   It generally takes 2-4 days to process a transcript request. Turn-around time depends on numbers of requests and staff available for processing. Please request transcripts with enough lead time if you have a deadline. It is your responsibility to make sure the agency or office accepts the kind of transcript you choose (paper or electronic).
